| John E's 7 is a 1990 build fitted with a live
axle, 4 speed box and 1700 + a bit crossflow. The engine has
just been rebuilt by Roger King, forged pistons etc etc and
is putting out circa 145 bhp.(an underestimate if you ask me
as I had trouble keeping page in my Superlight!) Latest addition
is the competition exhaust. Work planned for the coming winter
include an uprate of the front roll bar system, a complete wash
and scrub underneath and a good covering with Waxoyl and a new
set of new tyres, 21R's. The car went to Le Mans this year and
John will be going for another holiday in France next year in
the 7. |
